What are the requirements to get into the Hutchinson Science Scholars program at Lawrenceville?
The Hutchins program is a competitive program at Lville. According to my recollection, I believe that students apply at the end of the first year. There is a formal selection process. I think there is an essay, and they also weigh heavily performance in the classroom.
Overall, I’m not aware of any minimum requirements. But they tend to take students across a wide swath of the class (gender, race, interests, day/board, etc).
Just focus on doing the best you can in STEM classes. You’ll also need to explain why you’d be a good fit for the Hutchins program.
