<p>Say you sent your teacher a Teacher Evaluation form, and they do not attach a letter of recommendation. Instead, they just do the actual evaluation, and leave a few comments/elaborations.</p>

<p>I’m curious if this would reflect poorly or even be a dealbreaker.</p>

<p>There are many teachers who opt simply to do the questions. Not every teacher will write a supplemental essay.</p>

<p>The question is what did the teacher say? Most of the students will never know what’s in that recommendation, though.</p>
