I am a undergraduate and have a option to have MS on statistics

Does that help me to go to law school with a MS on statistics, or just simply stay on my math major will be better. I am weighing the option. My ultimate goal is to go to top law school as harvard/yale.

It doesn’t matter as majors per se, getting into Harvard/Yale means you need a very high GPA regardless of which you choose topped off by a very high LSAT which applies to any student/major in college. Nevertheless, having a a master’s degree gives you a little bit of a plus factor but it won’t mean anything without a high undergraduate GPA/LSAT.
