I am awake at 5:30 AM. you AREN'T!

Imagine how productive you’d be if you woke up at 5:30 each and every day. It’s staggering. Why is it so hard for young people to wake up early? When do we gain the coveted ability to wake up early without a fuss?

Geez…It’s 2:30 where I’m at and I haven’t even gone to bed! In fact some nights 5:30 is my bedtime!

Actually it’s 5:42 am. And I’ve been up since 4 am, so ha!

After spending 10-days on a cruise full of geriatrics, I’d say at age 65 is when that ability is gained. Then again, you’ll fall asleep at 5:30pm.

I’m not a morning person…

the worst part of going to sleep is having to wake up early.

I wouldn’t call posting on CC being productive. =P

I am definitely a morning person. When I was in school, I’d get all my work done in the morning, so I can just relax at night.

You just get used to waking up early once you get in a routine. Go to sleep early and wake up early. It won’t work if you go to sleep at midnight all the time though.

Midnight *is *early for me, haha…

haha, well midnight will work if you want to get up at 7-8am. that’s probably early for most people.

“Imagine how productive you’d be if you woke up at 5:30 each and every day.”

Better yet, imagine if humans didn’t ‘‘have’’ to sleep.

…so much free time…

^you should read up on [polyphasic sleep](<a href=“Uberman's Sleep Schedule - Everything2.com”>Uberman's Sleep Schedule - Everything2.com)
