<p>Hello fellow and future Wolverines. I am back from our honeymoon. We had a great time in France. I hope I haven’t missed too much, but I am now back full-time.</p>

<p>what was the mood like in France after the world cup??</p>
<p>We spend 10 days in Paris, 1 day in the Loire Valley and 1 day in Rhone Valley. We did everything from the typical sightseeing (Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Centre Pompidou, Les Invalides, the Tour Eiffel, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and the quartier Latin, Sacre Coeur and Montmartre etc…) to dining at France’s incredible restaurants. Of course, we did some shopping, but most of the time, we just walked the streets and enjoyed watching Paris go about its business. We also spent a day at Euro Disney and enjoyed the July 14 (France’s national day) fesitivies,from the parade on the Champs Elysees to the jubilant atmosphere all over the city afterwards. </p>
<p>Umardarr, we arrived in Paris on the 9th evening, right before kickoff. The World Cup final was awesome and France celebrated, despite the final outcome of the game. At least France played well and the game could have gone eiterway, so the French were pleased. Of course, France would have celebrated a lot more had Zidane’s header in overtime gone in and had he not been ejected from the game…! hehe!!!</p>
