I am confused how much loan I need.

<p>On my FA package it says that my parents are going to need $16006 PLUS loan every year, and i need $5500 loan. Are they mostly for the cost that I need for dorming? It says that the cost of Room and Board is usually about $13000 every year. However…</p>
