I am applying to some colleges In the US as an international student and I am confused how I am supposed to send ISFAA forms to schools, I plan on applying EA/ED to Umiami,Uchicago and Brown. I just want to make sure I do not miss the deadline to send these forms. Am i supposed to send this form after getting accepted?
Note: I am not using CSS profile because it costs a bit of money, which is quite a burden for me.
You need to be on top of your details. Brown (and probably the others) does not accept this form. They use CSS. You can get a fee waiver. Financial aid forms usually have their own due date.
Spend some time on the Brown WEBSITE. The information is all there.

You might email each school and ask your question based on this. All schools may answer differently.
“To complete it, you must get the form from the school’s website, fill it out in U.S. dollars, and submit it directly to that institution.”
Miami does not seem to accept this form. But ask.
I did mail brown, they said they will take care of it after I get admitted.
Css waivers aren’t for internationals at most schools
This is true.
But if you get accepted to Brown, you need to have completed the CSS Profile in concert with your ED application. Otherwise, you won’t get a financial aid offer should you get accepted.

That’s not typically how it works. You need to apply for financial aid before being admitted. Your financial aid package is processed by each school and communicated to you at the time of your admission decision or closely thereafter. If you delay beyond the dates on their website, you financial aid decision could be delayed by weeks or even months. Please pay close attention to the deadlines on each school’s financial aid webpage.
Here is Brown’s:
Did you check the NPC at Brown? What did it say?

Sorry for the late reply, been a lot of busy.
I think it is not about CSS profile.
NPC stands for Net Price Calculator. It is an online tool available on every college’s website that you should fill out with your parent’s assistance. It takes their financial information and calculates an estimate of your financial aid package. It is an essential step in creating a college list, especially for someone that has high need.
From Brown…unless you are from one of the two indicated countries. India is not one of the countries with the exception.
I would suggest you contact Brown financial aid to clarify.
Also, net price calculators are not always accurate for international students. Use the results as an estimate only.
