I am ecuadorian, which one of these unis is the best one for me?

<p>Hi…! I am planning to study either in the USA or in Canada; however, I am not really sure about how these universities are. For example, being an Ecuadorian I expect to study where I can find a very international community, to live in a medium-sized or big city, to study in a place where people are open, etc.</p>

<p>In the hypothetical case that I get accepted by all of these:</p>

<li>U of Toronto</li>
<li>U of British Columbia</li>
<li>U of Minnesota Twin Cities</li>
<li>Purdue U, West Lafayette</li>
<li>U of Pitt, Pitt</li>
<li>Penn State, Erie</li>
</ul>

<p>How would you rate them?</p>

<p>Toronto is beautiful, Penn State is sort of in the middle of nowhere, Purdue - not so nice area. Pitt is in a large city, as is Minn. Both Pitt and Minn have similar climates, I don’t know much about Pitt, but my daughter is enrolled at UMinn for next fall - we’ve been to the campus several times and really like it there.</p>
