I am a senior I high school with a 3.4 GPA, 1850 SAT score, I have ECs in
volunteering at a hospital and the Salvation Army. I am also in NHS,Debate and other clubs. I’m am currently enrolled in a public high school that offers duel enrollment with a community college. By the time I graduate I will have an associates and extra classes with about 72 college credit hours. I have taken all of the AP classes that are offered in my school which is about 8 in total. I plan to take SAT subject tests in November in Biology, Chemistry, and MathIIC. I am also a Hispanic if that helps. My goal in life is to become a medical doctor and I know I could have done better if I tried harder in the beginning years of my high school years, but I really want a school in Texas or out of state that will help me achieve my goals.

Your 3.4 and 1850 SAT scores are average. Unfortunately, your GPA and SAT scores are not high enough to gain merit aid.
Re your 72 college credits, some schools may limit your aid if you have too many credits, such that, you might not be admitted as a new freshman to qualify for freshman scholarships.
Out of state schools may affect you by the OOS tuitions. For instance, the California public schools will not offer much in financial aid to an OOS applicant. The costs to attend the CSU’s is about $36K; the UC’s are $55K per year.
It’s unlikely that your college will accept all of your CC credits because some of them may not have an equivalent at your university. You are still considered a HS student so no worries about being a transfer. If most of your classes are at CC the GPA should be looked at a little differently - 3.4 is not bad for college level classes. Can you bring up your SAT (or try the ACT) a few hundred points? That will help a lot. Reading and Math are the most important components. Also, many schools ignore your 9th grade GPA and use your 10th, 11th and 1st semester 12th. Hopefully that helps!
Merit scholarships start to kick in at GPA’s above 3.5 and SAT’s (R+M) >1200 and increase up to 14-1500.
Being Hispanic will not help you at Texas public colleges, but it might at private ones. Have you looked at Baylor?
