<p>I am SO PUMPED that my Eagles took Jordan Matthews (Vanderbilt). This kid is an incredible WR and a great person. He will be in the league a long time. This is a jersey I will buy (my first since Donovan McNabb). </p>

<p>Browns #1 wide receiver is now banned for substance use, so Manziel will have to pull a Bugs Bunny and throw to himself maybe. I heard him give an interview earlier today on ESPN and was wondering why he sounded so non-committal about meeting Manziel and how excited he was to work with him.</p>

<p>The Pats drafted a short nobody quarterback as their second pick. They got lucky with Brady but I can’t see it happening with some guy from Eastern Illinois which is not even a real football school.</p>
<p>He isn’t nobody . . . people thought Houston might take him in the late first round</p>
<p>Of course he has small hands so you may be right. I wonder if his feet are small too?</p>

<p>I guess Jamis Winston is glad he is not in this year’s NFL draft given his recent shoplifting. I hope nobody picks him next year when he will probably come out. On the other hand, I guess being a thief is better than being a girlfriend beater. </p>
<p>I would have picked Logan Thomas before Garopollo. Thomas is wild but can be trained into a great QB. Garopollo is 6’2" and looks slow.</p>
<p>I think the team to watch out for is the Rams. They have Long and Quinn as their defensive ends and they just drafted a fantastic defensive lineman. If they end up with the best defensive front line, they will dominate regardless of which QB they are facing. </p>
<p>Speaking of the Saints, Jean-Baptiste looks like a pretty good pick. He even has a New Orlean’s sounding name.</p>
<p>Fingers crossed that the player I want my team to pick is still there tomorrow. This run of OGs has me nervous.</p>
