I can't register

when I sign up on college board’s website it’s displayed during the procedure
“Please enter a valid mailing address. A valid address must contain letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or “/”.”
but the french mailing addresses don’t contain hyphens or “/”.
I don’t know what I should do

PS: I think you’ve guessed that I was french :)

For information french addresses are written like that: all things between brackets represent the mail adresses
(number of street), the kind of street (avenue etc.) (name of street) (Zip Code) (City)

Not sure of issue. The “please enter” phrase is telling you things that may be contained in an address but not others. It is not saying the address must contain all those things. Most addresses in US contain only numbers and letters similar to what you describe for France.

Please enter a valid mailing address. A valid address must contain letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or “/”.
I’m not kidding it’s really what’s written on the website but I don’t know how I can give you proofs
sorry if there are misspellings
please can somebody help me?

GOT IT I took the address from google map and I pasted it
