<p>In the Rice application, i am required to send a notification card with appropriate postage. The thing is, I live in Lebanon, and we don’t have international postage here (I checked).
What should I do? should i just send the application without it or is it required? Thanks</p>
<p>try calling the admission office and see what they say you should do.</p>
<p>Send the postcard with no stamp on it and put a sticky note saying a Lebanese stamp on the postcard would not work and would they kindly put the appropriate postage on your postcard for you.</p>
<p>How about putting lots of stamps on it, that might cover the postage, whatever it might be. Or how about emailing a note, explaining the situation.</p>
<p>I think the card is just to let you know that they have received your application - so no, you don’t need to send it.</p>
