What are you finding that you like this week?

That is a beautiful house.

Ko Olina looks even more appealing after a week of sub-freezing nights.

BunsenBurner, you do need to move, don’t you?

There is a place available in Va. Looks pretty good. :)

dstark, I could live here – and I’d hire you as my realtor, too

This is the place I’ve got my eye on: http://www.sdlookup.com/Pictures-130045799

Such a modest abode, Marilyn… dream big ;)

Ouch. I have a son who just moved to Manassas last month, no wonder he claims to be poor lol.

That is a beautiful house.>>>>>>>

It’s the whole place that appeals to me. Love it.

Marilyn, that is truly magnificent.

Here’s my choice. <a href=“Barn Houses”>http://hookedonhouses.net/2012/07/16/converting-a-dairy-barn-from-the-1850s-into-a-house/

Katliamom, if you really want to buy that house in Piedmont, I will go get a broker’s license. :)

Marilyn, I can see why your husband has some priblems moving. You are going to put your husband in the poor house after purchasing that house. :)

I like La Jolla.

Vabluebird, I agree. The grounds are beautiful. :)

Hold off on that broker’s license, dstark – I need to win the lottery first.

(Sorry, you post so often on real estate, I though you were a realtor…)

No. I just like real estate. Np.
I got a chuckle out of your post. I knew you were joking.

I want that kind of condo, in SE fl, with 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately, I don’t have $1M plus.

Here’s my choice. >>>>>>”>http://hookedonhouses.net/2012/07/16/converting-a-dairy-barn-from-the-1850s-into-a-house/>>>>>>>

I live in a post and beam “barn” home so yes, I do agree. That is wonderful.

Yes, please, to any of the above!

This is fun! I’ll be back with a choice.

Yuck on that first house. Dislike its curb appeal from the first view and nothing I could do to make it better on the inside. Locations of the next two houses are all wrong as well. So far no one has to worry about me outbidding them on any of these houses! There are reasons I chose not to live in those areas, regardless of affordability for me. Give me a relaxed contemporary with color (eg no black and white décor). Skip the houses that belong in a different age- architecture has come a long ways with modern building materials so there is no need to continue those awful designs. You can’t entice me to live in the southern CA cities either.

Just a contrary note. Tradition- bah, humbug. Show me something nice where form follows function, including layout and windows without tiny grids…

I went to look at this last week. Spectacular. (Just above the Rosebowl)Real Estate & Homes For Sale - 18577 Homes For Sale | Zillow;
The only problem is that the Conservancy would be breathing down your neck.
