Just make yourself stand out!

i agree
i have a friend who had about your credentials who applied to MIT
but she sent in recordings of her playing the violin (she’s SOOO godo at it)
and she got in early!!!
so don’t fret, my darling

Really?.. can people stop putting frowny faces by good scores? Maybe I’m humbled because I live in a state where the average SAT score is ~940, but for you to call a 680 an “epic fail” is insulting to like 95% of the country. Plus, test scores are clearly not everything at Brown… I’ve talked to students who got in with 1940 and 2010. So stop being ungrateful for your scores.

oh oops, I meant my math was a 740…I guess that would explain why haha
I got a 750 the first time, sorry for the typo.

I didn’t mean to sound ungrateful for my 680, I was just a little disappointed because I often seem to miss the next “hundred” by 20 points (2180 vs 2200, 680 vs 700)

the “epic fail” was actually referring to my 600 for world history because it was a month after the AP test and I didn’t study and had forgotten everything by then. I really didn’t mean to offend anyone, sorry if it came off that way.

Anyone who uses the phrase “epic fail” doesnt deserve to be in any school.

an epic fail is like the crusades, or the republican party for that matter.
an epic fail is not a 680, more like a 480.

People are happy with 1800s. very happy.
But in my mind, 680 is an epic fail.

jk  Don’t be so insecure with your scores. Don’t feel ashamed if they don’t measure to the CC “average” of 2350 :P

^ I agree. I bet if we averaged CC people’s SAT scores and claimed it as the national average, I bet people would just give up and go to CC (community college).

We come to this website to seek help and gain confidence. I’m still searching for the second.

you’re special, too. don’t worry.
