I didn't finish all prerequisites before earning my A.A degree

<p>I recently earned my A.A from Daytona State College in Florida last month. At the time I didn’t know what I wanted to major in. But for a long time I wanted to major in Elementary Education but after taking 2 of the 3 required prerequisite courses last summer and volunteering I changed my mind and thought it wasn’t for me. So for I while I thought I could major in French or some language but after a while I realize that teaching is my dream job so I decided I want to major in English Education (6-12) plus I want to get a TESOL certificate cause I want to teach abroad some day. I want to transfer to University of North Florida and their prerequisites(for education) are…</p>

<p>EDF1005 Intro to Teaching Profession (3 Credits)—got an A</p>

<p>EDF2085 Intro to Diversity Educators (3 Credits)—got an A.</p>

<p>EME2040 Intro to Tech for Educators (3 Credits)----this is the one I didn’t take.</p>

<p>I have a 2.8 GPA so I am worried that I may not even be admitted to UNF. But I am trying to stay positive. Is it okay to go back to CC and take this course or not? Should I take it in UNF instead if I am accepted? It’s only one course. And in Florida, are there any college programs that focus on ESOL/TESOL programs? Thank for your help.</p>
