I didn't know I have to register my counselor if she's sending via mail.

<p>She already sent my school report/transcript/rec 5 weeks ago, and now I just registered her as my counselor.
It was not until today I found out that I have to register my counselor on the commonapp even though she’s sending the materials via mail.
Therefore the School Report, MidYear Report, Final Report are all blank.
Is there a problem?</p>
