Our School has never sent anybody to USA, I have a counselor who doesn’t know anything unfortunately, and our teachers cannot write English and they don’t know me very well, and they change every year, what should I do?!

No! My school if far away from my home and I’m a little introvert too!
There are schools that don’t require recommendations, at least not from Americans though I guess it could be different for internationals. My daughter applied to both University of Alabama and University of Pittsburgh and neither required recommendations.
Why do you want to come to the US? It seems that it is very uncommon for where you live and if you are introverted and have trouble getting to know your teachers, you may have trouble adjusting in the US.

Among your teacher, do you have a class master? a head teacher? a form teacher? a prof principal?
Have you taken tje ACT/SAT, the TOEFL? What’s your parents’ budget?
