I dun have a GPA...

I’m doing my biochemistry BS degree in Hong Kong and the univ that I attent does not use teh GPA system to calculate our grades. Instead I have a CGA of around 6.7/12, but the scale is different from that used in teh US and I think my score is comparable to somewhat like 3.1/3.2 in the US.
Actually I am studying in the US for a semester as an exchange student and I think I can get at least 3.5 in this semester in the US, do you think the grad schools will look at my transcript of the univ that I attend in the US in this semester?

1) okayyy, ditch the excesive lolspeak
2) yes i think grad schools will pay attention to your US transcript and I’m sure theres a formula to translate CGA to GPA. try asking a counselor back in hong kong about it…that being said though a 3.1 GPA is wayyyy low  Don’t count on super competitive grad programs…

Yes they will look at your transcript from your exchange semester.

Yes they are able to interpret your foreign transcript. If they are not very familiar with your particular program, they may ask you to send your transcript to be professionally evaluated. While you are in the US, pay a visit to the international admissions office and ask what steps a student with your background would need to take in order to apply to the graduate program at the school you are attending this semester.
