I got a 2150 on SAT, will that translate to 30+?

Hello, with a bit of prep, meaning I took about 5 practice tests, I got a 2150 on the SAT. If I took the ACT now, with no additional prep, would I get in the 30+ area? Is there a way to translate? I know the ACT is different, but is it so different that I should get a ACT prep book and crack away at that? Or can I just assume that if I continue to study for my SAT retake, in which I am aiming for 2230+, I will be okay on the ACT? I generally finish sections on the SAT with about 2-3 minutes left, which I use for double checking.

A 2150 SAT I exam score equates, roughly speaking, to either a 31 or 32 ACT.

I think you would need to do SOME prep, B/c the Sat and Act are completely different format wise. So…I suggest taking some practice tests.
