So I got a B in gym during online school and I'm freaking out. Will it affect my college acceptance in any way? Will colleges understand that it was during online school, which was an inconvenient and difficult time for everyone?

Is gym counted in your GPA? In our public school, it isn’t…How much weight is it given if it is included? At any rate, I would not worry about it.
It's not counted in our weighted GPA but it is for unweighted. It's not much weight... it's worth 3.75 credits in comparison to my honors classes that are worth 5-6 credits
It might if you intend to major in exercise science; otherwise, no, it should not affect your college admissions.
