I got accepted into a college I didn't even apply for?

the title says it all… the name of the college is Philander Smith College in Arkansas. is this normal?

Well it really doesn’t give all that much info. Some colleges have automatic admission criteria and perhaps if you
met that, say you checked to share info on our SAT or ACT, that is one way they recruit students.
