<p>Honestly, though, HK public transportation is so convenient that you really don’t need to drive. And if it really comes down to it and you need to get somewhere right away, cabs in HK are quite cheap too. </p>

<p>In fact, after my family’s current car dies, we aren’t planning to get another one (to be environmentally friendly). YAY public transportation.</p>

<p>As a spastic driver myself (with two accidents only just recently paid off) I’ll just advise you to always pay attention. No texting. No yelling at your sister for being five minutes later than you getting out of the Homecoming game when it’s really not a big deal. No watching your friend jump out of his pickup truck in the parking lot. Always check your rearview mirror when backing out, even if the house across from your cousin’s house is unoccupied–the guy cleaning the pool at the unoccupied house may be parked there. Etc. Just always be alert. </p>
