<p>I’m applying early decision to Rice and they require a quarter report, so I’m wondering if my getting a C in physics will make them reject me. Rice is already a slight reach for me so I’m really worried they’ll think I’m slacking off. AP Physics is super hard! and we only had two quizzes and I bombed the first one and I don’t think there’s enough time for me to improve from a D to a B 
I know i’ll get a B by the semester but I don’t know how i can show that to Rice 
So yeah, is this really bad?</p>
<p>Depends. Are you just barely going to get into Rice or are they a good match for you?</p>
<p>ace physics. just do it. put EVERYTHING into mastering that class. that’s how i got through chemistry.</p>
<p>i think i’m probably barely getting into Rice. but not a lot of people from CA apply there, much less ED. so i dont know. and i’m improving in physics, but the problem is that there’s only one more exam left until the quarter ends and i don’t think that’s enough to pull my grade up two letter grades</p>
<p>Just try to get a B. It’s AP Physics. They’ll understand.</p>
