<p>Hi. I signed up for a tour for a school and never got the chance to go and see it. Do you think they could have my name on record or something and it could hurt my chances of admission? I do realize this is somewhat of a silly question but it just kind of popped into my mind.</p>

<p>It’s not at all silly to ask. But a little farfetched to think that somebody looking at his 123rd application of the day would stop and say, “WAIT A MINUTE!! I think this is the same guy who stood us up last November!!” If they do question you about it, remember, you didn’t show up because your favorite uncle died.</p>
<p>…or you twisted your ankle while preparing supper at an orphanage…or you were donating a kidney to a homeless person.</p>
<p>I don’t think it will make the slightest difference unless it’s Deep Springs, and I’m not sure if they even offer tours.</p>
