I have dismissal history. Do I have any chance to make sucessful transfer?

Hi, I am a student who is anticipating to make sucessful transfer over my dismissal history from UC San Diego. I had attended UCSD from September 2010 to June 2012. At the end of my sophomore year, I was dismissed from the university for not passing Entry Level Writing classes (You can simply think that this is some kind of ESL classes). After I was dismissed from UCSD, I have worked for 2 years and helped family business to pay off my loan from UC San Diego.
Then, I have begun to study in nearby california community college since January, 2015. After making a successful year in the college, I am now pursuing to make successful transfer results. So far, I have applied to USC, UVA, UNC, NYU, UIUC, Georgia Tech, and UT-Austin However, as my case is very rare, I am not sure how my dismissal history is going to influence on my admission and worried. Therefore, I would like to ask if anyone have seen similar cases or any opinion about my case. Also, regardless of the tuition and rocation, are there any other colleges that would be good to apply as a bio major?

Btw here are my academic records

Major - Biochemstry

68 quarter units from UCSD with 3.3 GPA

28 Semester units from CC with 4.0 GPA

(It is going to be 42 semester units after 2016 Spring semester. Also, I expect 4.0 GPA from 2016 spring semester since I have only easy classes left.)

SAT - 2010 (taken in high school)

ACT - 29 (taken in high school)

High school GPA - UW 3.95 / W 4.1 (Don’t remember exactly)

No internship or research experience.

Actively involved in student orgs including being a vice president of astronomy club, a president of coding club and 2 more staff position from other orgs.

Also, to demonstrate that English writing, which is the source of my dismissal from UCSD, is no longer the problem belongs to me, I have passed all ESL courses and freshmen writing courses in current school. Further, I have taken several more literature classes/

1 Rec from my literature professor, who is also the chair of English department(idk if this is going to help tho), another Rec from English professor, and 1 addtional Rec from physics professor.

Do you have any financial constraints? Out of state public institutions will not give much merit aid (assuming you are a domestic applicant) so you might wish to look at some other private schools which give reasonable merit aid, such as the smaller [url="<a href=“http://theaitu.org%22%5DAITU%5B/url”>http://theaitu.org"]AITU[/url] schools.

I think the problem is your ability to communicate effectively in English:

Please reread: “is no longer the problem belongs to me”; does this sound like good written language to you?
If you applied and wrote your application, with this type of writing example, then the schools that read your application will have trouble admitting you because you can’t write a grammatically correct sentence.

Literature classes generally focus on novels and not, so much, on expository writing.

US citizens/university level students are expected to be able to express thoughts and feelings in good written language.

Depending on the ESL classes, some don’t write essays everyday. You need practice by writing essays everyday.

Of course, that is not the well writien sentence that I would not use in my application. I am aware of that. I didn’t know I am writing an academic essay here. For me, it is required to focus hard and review multiple times in order to produce flawless wiritngs but it doesn’t mean I can’t. I know it is better to consider all my writings as practicing essay since I am still developing my writing skills. However, when I was too tired of concering and being pressured last several days and wrote this question under frustrated condition, I had no extra passion and energy left to use.

did you made sure you complete all your entry writing classes at your cc before deciding to apply?

Yes, I completed all writing course sequence at my cc.
