What do I do?

Get proper sleep. Eat healthy. Exercise. And manage your time.

If that doesn’t work, maybe you need to see a doctor.

Mushaboom offers you the only advice available, really. At least for long-term effects. There’s no way around it. If you’re just looking for short-term effects, I’ll be obvious and suggest coffee or energy drinks, but they’re terrible for you, so I don’t actually recommend it. Other than that, you just have to change your sleeping/eating/exercise habits, or see a doctor.

Yeah… as challenging as it sounds, just try to establish a normal sleeping pattern, eat good stuff, and fit some exercise time if you can. Personally, I don’t do any of these things, but I drink coffee every morning, and it works really well. I love me some coffee~ However, I completely advise against depending on energy drinks. They taste like crap, and I imagine that they’re even crappier for your body.

After some good sleep, food and it still lasts more than a week, go to health center to rule out potential physical causes:

= pregnancy
= anemia
= mono
= pneumonia

Typical issues for your age group.

Of course, it’s wise to consider depression and be truthful with yourself if that is a possibility-- seeking short term counseling.
