<p>I live in ACT area so only students who wants to go to east of west take the SAT. They are generally more outstanding than other students. Then does the vice versa apply in New York or California? (Only outstanding students take both SAT and ACT?)</p>
<p>take whichever one(s) u want to…it would be better to take both and send both in if u did well</p>
