<p>I have some documents that has to be signed by department social security administration and department of social services at the local center. these are some documents about my family incomes and financial aid. titles of these documents are verification of public assistance and verification of social security and SSI. asking some detail about the name of beneficiary and the total amount received (social security) and 2010 semi-monthly and current net deficit(local social services)</p>
<p>1)dose any one know where should i go and how long does it take in total?( i live in brooklyn 11220) </p>
<p>2)do i have to take my parents also? </p>
<p>3) i had required a transcript from the IRS and it will take 5-10 days to arrive, is there any rush service? because i need it for the next monday</p>
