I just started college but i'm so tired and stressed

  1. Go to the college counseling center. It is there just for people like you…i bet you feel alone, like nobody else feels like this but really, tons of college kids do.
  2. They may refer you to a psychiatrist to get evaluated for social anxiety or depression. They may put you on medication.
  3. Read this for ideas on making friends. (but get the anxiety and depression resolved first)
