<p>marina212…technically it is possible jnhockey could be a citizen if he filed for his citizenship after being in the country as a legal permanent resident for a certain number of years…not saying this is the case…just saying its possible.</p>

<p>I’d say a 50/50 shot since Columbia cares so much about diversity but no clear focus with EC’s will bring you down.</p>

<p>Don’t apply under early d. It’s binding and you can get into other schools that are better then columbia</p>
