I left UCLA and moved to NY-- where do i go to school now?

Where should i go to school?

I went to UCLA for about a year as a junior level transfer. I transfered to UCLA from community college-- i have over 90 units.

So far i have apps pending at Baruch and St. Johns, but its just starting to hit me that i might be significantly downgrading my education.

So, where else to apply???

Why’d you leave UCLA?

Finding a school to transfer into with over 90 units might be tough.

I dont care if all units transfer.

I moved … thats why i left.

Wow…there are MANY colleges in and around New York City. Vassar, Marist, Manhattan, Sarah Lawrence, Fordham, NYU, Columbia, St. Johns…and more.

Grab a hold of Barrons or Petersens directories in Barnes and Nobles and flip to New York and review the schools and their credentials and facilities…a wonderful choice of schools.

My favorites are Marist and Fordham. But you decide based on your stats and what you want to do etc. Visit the schools and see where you fit in the best.

Good luck!

NYU – that’s UCLA’s match in the East Coast.
