<p>I filled out my health records stuff but it appears that I have misplaced my ID Number. Does anyone know who I should contact for help in retrieving my ID number?</p>

<p>I’d start by checking the ID+ office. <a href=“http://www.idcard.psu.edu%5B/url%5D”>www.idcard.psu.edu</a> Shouldn’t be much of a problem to find your ID number… for some reason I think I remember seeing somewhere on the PSU site where you can type in your name and SSN and come up with your PSU # or something like that… I don’t know and I couldn’t find it after a quick search.</p>
