and the pics of the children, are the best! Unfortunately, I wish I had not seen this on of Prince George APPEARING to hold a toy gun the a baby’s head! UGH!!! The Royals are generally thought to be held to a ‘higher standard’ - an example for the rest of us, LOL!
When there are constant photographers around, there’s bound to be an unflattering or “unrole model like” photo. After all, the kid is only 4. And we don’t know what happened after they took the picture. Give him a break.
I said ‘appearing’ because I wasn’t sure. Anyway, if I had the eyes of the world on me, especially in the current climate, I’d keep the toy guns as home. Regardless, the kids are adorable and I enjoy all that is ‘Royal Family’; I even came around on Meghan Markle’s wedding dress! :))
I’m happy to see the kids out and about doing normal kid things.
Not saying I think the gun thing is great (I didn’t let mine have guns), but they appear to be very relaxed and to be having fun.
You know, I DO think toy guns in England are uncommon among upper middle classed educated types…No way was the this a toy sanctioned by the firm. Kate will be rightly pissed off. I doubt it is much ado about nothing in a country where guns are not the norm. Photographed picking his nose is much ado about nothing.
@Sybylla I agree. Britain is a country where the police are not typically armed, and so, to see the little prince…
I do think that the pics of George playing with a toy guns, sends the wrong message. The stores ‘sell-out’ of everything George and Charlotte are pictured with!
