<p>i wanna know how much chances do i have of getting into rice…as i m an international applicant and don know abt selection procedures…
my SAT was 1970… math:760, critical reading:600, writing:610
i heard that fr international applicants admission officers don give much attention to critical reading scores as english iz nt their mother tongue…is that true??
My subject tests scores r math level 2:800, physics:780, chemistry:750
I m doing advanced levels certified by the cambridge international examinations…
My AS level grades were,
Maths:100% A(if i get a 100% on my A2 aswell i will get a top in world distinction)
Chemistry:97% A
Physics:97% A
Biology: 96%
I m also taking economics just to aquaint myself with the subject content…will not give the exam though…
My ordinary level grades were:
Physics:97% A
Biology:96% A
chemistry:96% A
maths:96% A
English Language:96% A
geography and history:95% A
islamiyat:95%

<p>incase u people are wondering abt the breadth of course selection…A levels r supposed to be cleared just by takin three subjects…and in america calculucs and probability etc etc is separate but in A levels all these r included in one particular major related subject…
my class rank iz 1 in abt 50 seniors…i live at sialkot(search google…!! its a veeery small city in north-east pakistan)…I m attending a school which is a branch of a chain that has also gone international now(inaugurated in 1978)…I m the head boy of school and involved in a lot of other activities as directing the annual school play…and editing of the school magazine…i started enviornmental protection club…etc etc…and i annual collect funds for sos village…well i know these activities r nt at all comparable to people in USA…but i uptook any avaliable oppurtunity…
i also did community service at local hospital…
…also tell me that in which university do i have the greatest chance,
i have applied to duke…northwestern,Lehigh,Washington university in st.louis,case western reserve university, cornell, dartmouth, john hopkins…and brace urselves…Harvard!!!
my parents r in army so we don stay at one place 4 like more than two years so i changed three high schools since 9th grade…i ranked 1st at every school… thank you for reading such a lot of blabber frm me…now please take ur time and honestly answer…thanking u in anticipation!!!</p>
