My son is enrolled in UC Scout for AP BC. However, I forgot to enroll him for AP Exam. The site told me that last date to register was March 13 which we yesterday. I dont know what to do not and what are my option? Please advice.

I’d talk to your hs counselor and / or email AND phone AP. Contacts below. Even if there’s no option to take, your student can still excel in the course.

Is there a later deadline with an added late fee? I recall that for full-year courses, you could register past the deadline for an additional fee. In my experience, the College Board is always happy to take your money.
(Thinking aloud) or maybe March 13 was that deadline? I thought it was the deadline for second-semester courses, which made me wonder if there was stiil a grace period/late fee.
One other thought – most colleges have a math placement test, and sometimes the AP test is a substitute for that. But it’s possible that your kid would still have an opportunity to be placed appropriately in math with a placement test. That’s not the same as getting college credit for a class, but it does solve one part of the problem.

Don’t do that; they won’t help in this regard. They’ll simply refer you back to the course provider.
If that doesn’t work out, they should use the AP Course Ledger to see a list of schools offering AP exams and will need to contact them to see if they’ll accept a late registration. Be aware that they are not obligated to register outside students in most cases.

Yes this is the later deadline.
But there is another deadline and for Late testing order submission. Though not sure how that works.
Yes I called UC Scout and the asked me to call all the schools in the AP course ledger and check with them. I am planning to do that on Monday.

I called a lot of schools and all of them said they do not accept outside students. 
Where are you located? If in SoCal I might have some leads.
Why don’t you just call College Board and ask?

I would try small private and/or parochial schools. In my area those are the schools that relatively more frequently allow outside students to test. If you know any homeschoolers you might also reach out to them, as they may have some ideas too. Good luck.

If you haven’t yet, target parochial schools and, to a lesser extent, non- denominational privates. IME, they’re sometimes more accommodating than publics

The parochial and religious schools in my area are known to be “open”. They are paying the proctors anyway– their theory is that they might as well fill the room, or move to a larger testing room if necessary.
