My first PS is pretty good. I got an English professor at Yale to look it over and he said it was exceptional.

I rushed the second one and just wrote some BS and missed the very last period on it.

What will be the outcome of this?

Applied to UCB, UCLA,UCD, UCSB,and UCSC as a History/English major with all prereqs completed and 3.67 GPA.

I’m pretty sure a missing period won’t be the end of you. Don’t worry about it.

If you miss your period, you should wait a few days, then get a pregnancy test to be sure. :)

But seriously, I can guarantee you that every UC will simply throw your application out due to a lack of period. Your above average GPA and completed prereqs will matter for nothing in the face of that one period that is missing. Try to procure some applications to local fast food restaurants now; it is probably your only option left.

(I’m obviously joking, half those schools don’t even read the personal statement, and those that do won’t care about one period)

Awesome. So I can just take it easy then. Anyone know when we’ll hear from Berk and UCLA?

Instant rejection for that. My friend missed a capitalization and they personally called her to tell her that’s why she was rejected.

Mid to late April is when all the UCs let us know.

CalBerks, that’s a joke right?

If u know that is a joke, how about the missed period of your? You should know what is going on here bro :)

The missed period is legit. I’m no longer on top of things like i used to be.
