Okay well i went for a week to a doctors office and im a clinical student and i pretty much observed/shadowed along with helped perform audiology tests/ examine ears, nose, throats. i wasnt paid but im not sure if i should list this as an internship or what…

Generally if something’s an internship, it’s called an internship. Many internships are paid, and almost all real internships give their interns specific duties and responsibilities which have to be done (like a regular job). You did not have an internship; you shadowed someone, which is entirely different and should be listed along the lines of “Shadowed _____ at ________…”

Agreed, my internship consisted of 6 months and over 250 hours working at an AFL-CIO office indepentdently and not just shadowing. Yours was a week, im not sure you even want to bother listing that on your application.
