<p>I am not going to be talked out of it. I just want an idea of how to go about it because everything that i can think of makes me feel really young and immature and probably isn’t going to woo him.</p>

<p>As far as am i sure he likes me back… YES i’m sure. It’s kind of obvious to people that work closely with both of us. 
I just am really unsure of myself and want tips on how to woo him. lol, cause i ain’t got skillz foo’s. hahha.</p>
<p>Then just ask him out, if he likes you. Be straight and honest about it.</p>

<p>I’d say ask him if he wants to have lunch or dinner with you first. Try talking to him and getting to know him better >_> and if you still like him a lot then just ask him out.</p>
