First, stop and take a deep breath. There are many ways to medical school, or more importantly, a fulling career in health care. The best way to improve your score my studying those diagnostics you’ve been taking and figuring out WHY you are missing points 1) Do you not understand fundamental test topics? 2) Is timing an issue? 3) Or maybe have poor testing strategies? The Khan Academy has excellent free SAT help. Good luck!
@abrens@wannagotoivy@billcsho@turningtitan4 Instead of criticizing the man, why don’t we actually help him. First off, instead of attending a four year university and paying a lot, I would advise you to enroll in community college and take classes and transfer after two years. You could finish all of the prerequisites and transfer to a college that has a good program in the field of studying that you are attempting to apply to. Although if that is not an option, I would suggest you to go and make a khan academy account. Do the exercises, but before you do the exercises, watch the simple example and hard examples. Study in 45 minute intervals and take 15 minute breaks every hour. This will ensure maximum efficiency due to the lack of time that you have on your hands. First off, if you struggle academically, then becoming a doctor might be very hard for you. Now anything is possible, which is why I am here to tell you that yes you WILL become a doctor if you study and maximize your chances academically. This means that you must study hard and not just produce B’s, because B’s in the academic field are not viable, meaning that they are not good whatsoever. Therefore, you will need to make sure that you complete the steps at hand. I can help you with not only preparation, but you will need to message me and I will help you with whatever you need help with buddy
@IvyLeague2 , you do realize that you just told the OP to stop criticizing himself? Good luck on your test, OP. You’re either having a blast with this bogus post, or you need to consider taking the ACT instead.
Dam if B’s are not excepted then i can never make it and i keep study and will study much harder i can not, and will not take this i will achieve a degree in medical. also thank you for every thing you really calm me down
This is really the best suggestion I can give you. After going to elite and stuff, I realized its really practice thats all you need. But you can’t just mindlessly solve problems and stuff. There are patterns that are repeated in every test. You just need to recognize those patterns. When you get something wrong, you have to know why.
Are you an international student or an immigrant? Is English your first language? If you are, I can help. I’ve worked with students whose first languages were not English. PM me if you are interested.
Try tutoring/a prep class? Or maybe the ACT? If all else fails, apply to test optional schools, go to college and worry about medicine and the mcat later.
