<p>Hello, I’m currently attending the University of South Florida as a first semester freshman. I want very badly to transfer somewhere mountainous but I can’t figure out how to afford out of state tuition. If anyone could help me out and list some schools that might fit my need I’d greatly appreciate it:</p>

<li>I need a low out of state tuition cost.</li>
<li>I need a school with an architecture program</li>
<li>I need to be in the mountains</li>
</ul>
<p>Also, is it possible to transfer mid year? Like start at a new school in the spring? How soon would I have to apply to do that?</p>
<p>(My dream school is CU Boulder… but their tuition is insane.)</p>
