ok i applied to the Penn State BS/MD 6 year program and at the time i had a 1350 on the SAT. I knew i needed at least a 1400 even to apply but i thought if i got a higher score on my next SAT then it would be ok. well fortunately i got a 1470 on the december SAT and i sent it to them but yesterday i got a letter saying that i will not be accepted based on my credentials and their requirements. They said one needs a SAT of at least 1440 and needs to be in the top 10% of the class. I now fulfill these credentials. Did they not see my SAT score or did they see it and still reject me? Is it too late? I will call tomorrow when they are open but i still need some help.

It’s unlikely that they got your December scores. That does not mean you will be admitted when they do get them, but you should definitely give the admissions staff a heads up on your scores.

will they at least consider me now?

bump…

Those joint bachelor’s/MD programs are very hard to get into. When you call them, just inquire if they received your scores/transcript. Your GC should be the one to ask about why you were not accepted.
