<p>I need help on the second Cornell supplemental on the common app. It’s the one about how would i utilize the institution to further study my intended major (History for me).</p>

<p>They’re asking why you’re applying to Cornell. There must be some reason why you chose Cornell for history. Think about it and write it down.</p>
<p>I’m talking about their renowned faculty, great facilities, the variety of people you would meet from different backgrounds who could help round out your worldview and your focus. I know that’s vague, but if you go on their site you may find things that specifically apply to history with those things in mind. I’d eventually like to go into law, so I’m stating that the variety of humanities and social science courses that they offer, at the level that they do, will give me the best opportunities for meaningful success in which I can truly enact positive change in the lives of others. IDK if that helps.</p>
