My grades from sophomore and freshman were pretty low. I had a 93.625 then a 95.625 my sophomore year and these were weighted with honors classes. I know my grades aren’t that high, but u wanna ask you all is there even a chance i can get into schools like University of Michigan, USC, University of Washington, JHU, UCLA, Bowdoin, or anything of these types of nature. My ethnicity is Indian, so that’s even worse. I just wanna know if I have a chance or if there’s anything i can do to get into these schools.
I can only address your chances at UCLA. All the UC’s only use 10-11th grades in their GPA calculation. Freshman grades are considered to make sure that you complete the UC a-g course requirements needed to apply but included in the UC GPA calculation.

The UC’s do not consider race/ethnicity in their admissions decisions so being Indian will have no impact.
You also need to consider what is affordable to your family. If you are not a CA resident, then you will get little to no financial aid so you will be close to full pay at $60K/year to attend if accepted.
Here is what UCLA considers important in their application review and remember GPA is only one part of their application criteria:
