I need help

Ive never been burnt out before, but I am pretty sure this is what being burnt out feels like. I have no thoughts left, and everything I write sounds cringey to the point where I delete it and then I have nothing. I hate this. I need emergency help atp. Any resources?

My advice is to close your computer and stop thinking about applications for now. Take a break, talk to a friend, go for a walk, eat a nice dinner, etc.

I don’t know what you mean when you say you need emergency help. If it is a true emergency please speak with a trusted adult ASAP.

You need to take a break. Now. You need to take a walk in the woods, go for a swim, watch a sunset, try meditation, yoga, whatever relaxes you and helps clear your head. I know it can be scary to take a break when you have a lot going on and looming deadlines because you worry that ou’re going to fall even farther behind and end up compounding your stress, but if you are on the verge of burnout, it is critical that you step away for a bit and reset. Like a “strategic retreat.” You need a clear head to write well. I write for a living, so I know this very well. You must allow yourself a break to clear your head. Then come back to it. The ideas will flow better when you don’t have a bunch of noise drowning them out. Close your computer, go ahead, breathe the air, smell the roses, find a “happy place” where you can just be for a little. Allow the thoughts to dissipate and don’t try to call them back to you. Let them go. Breathe. Push away the noise. When your head is clear, your thoughts will be more cogent, and you will be able to write again.

What does that mean? Do your parents not allow you take a break? Or? If you are not allowed to go out somewhere to rest, meditation exercises can be done just about anywhere, and no one will necessarily know that you are doing it. But if your parents really will not allow you take the breaks you need to continue working effectively without sacrificing your mental health
Is that something you could talk to them about? If they are not sensitive to mental health issues, taking breaks will actually increase your productivity, if that is what they most care about.
