I’d strongly recommend getting The Official SAT Study Guide to first get a more accurate idea where your current scores are. After that, I would say if you feel sure that doing more from that book will get you where you want to be, great. If you aren’t sure, then consider finding a really good tutor who can help you nail down those hardest problems.

I wouldn’t use Princeton Review tests to gauge your score. Only actual SATs should be used for this purpose.

Yea I figured out that I would need to get the blue book. I still have to order the blue book. I got the online course already because my fee waiver gave me a huge discount. I don’t want to use the tests from the bluebook or the OC because I want to save the tests for the summer when I prep to get around the 2300 range. Right now I want to get my score around the 2150-2200 range using PR and the qas tests that I have so I can apply through questbridge in august.

@Batgirl It’s not the hard questions that are getting to me the problem. It is that I miss

read the question and get the level 3 questions wrong. For example, when it wants what 10D equals and I get the answer for D. In CR, I have trouble with the level 4-5 SC questions and the questions that ask what the word means in context. Hopefully getting DH and the 300 essential words will help. The writing is just bad i get around 6-8 in the essays, which for some reason keep getting worse, and the mc i get around 7-9 wrong. The tutor thing is probably out of reach because of financial reasons.

@DrSteve Yea PR isnt that great which is why I use those tests inbetween QAS tests. I just use them to keep my brain in SAT mode. But i think I might stop using PR for writing because my score has gotten worse after using those tests even though my CR score.
