I need some advice please..

So far, I have applied to 4 EAs (Notre Dame, Georgetown, Umich, and Wisconsin-Madison). I got denied from Notre Dame, deferred from Georgetown, and nothing yet from Umich and Wisconsin. However, I don’t think I have a decent shot to Georgetown (only 2 subject test scores), and I am not willing to pay all tuition to Wisconsin (I’m OOS). So I’m thinking about applying to ED II program (Emory). Should I withdraw all EA applications and apply to ED II? need some advice desperately… please help. Thanks! btw my brief stats : UW 3.83, W 4.23 ACT 32 waiting for December results

Very funny because UW-M is famous for one of the lowest tuition fees in the US while UMich and Georgetown are very high, yet you are not willing to pay OOS tuition fees for UW-M.

If you are applying ED and if you have already applied EA to those colleges, then you don’t have to contact those EA college or anything. You just have to ignore EA colleges’ acceptance letters when you are offered a spot to their colleges. However, as a reminder, don’t forget that you can’t ignore the spot offered from Emory if you are accepted.

^ Perhaps his comment about Wisconsin was made with the understanding that there is no financial aid or merit aid likely there.

so if I apply to ED and get accepted, I have to ignore all EAs and RDs? is there any way that colleges can know I’m applying to ED while applying to EA? because all EA schools to which I applied say I cannot apply to ED.
