Hmmm, I figure if I just broaden my range of knowledge about science in general, I’ll do better on the ACT science next time.

Anyone know of a good website?

Thanks.

You’ll find that taking the science section of the ACT is less about knowing the science involved versus reading the problem and being able to extrapolate data from graphs. Read in between the lines. Our science teacher devoted two days to teaching us how to look at it and how to approach problems and it helped. I recommend you get the ACT prep book. If you are tight on money then ask your counselors if they have any practice tests. I found my counselors had free SAT/ACT tests and they said if they didn’t have it they would order it. So once break is over ask them.

Edit. I found this in another post by 1253729 <a href=“My Files”>http://www.mediafire.com/?nvqygojiim1 Although the physical version is better so that you can hunker down and practice.

Alrighty.
Thanks!
Science was my lowest (28) and I’m hoping to get it to at least 32 or something in February.
:p

Thanks again!

Ya learning how to read the graphs really helped. With that session our physics teacher held and taking practice tests I was able to pull a 33. So just work on it and good luck next time.
