So I left school two years ago when I was I just finished the 8th grade. Since I moved to Thailand and couldn’t pay 90k a year to go to international school, or speak thai to go to local school, I was left without any education.

I recently moved to the US by myself to get an education, I need to do the GED, and classes for that start in a month, But I figure I should study for the SAT in the mean time.

So I need to know all Algebra 1 and 2, and Geometry.

I barely remember anything from the 8th grade, even though I was in honor’s advance classes.

What should I do? people are telling me to practice, but it’s kinda hard to practice if you can’t do it in the first place.

Hey there,
Although what you’re going through may seem problamatic, there’s definitely things you can do.
I think your best option right now would be to self study these subjects. Though it may seem difficult, with enough motivation, you can self study these fairly easily. There are classes you cant ake online, but if those are too expensive, then there are plenty of free online courses and resources you can use. Wolfram Alpha is great, as is NROC.
[National Repository of Online Courses (NROC)](http://www.montereyinstitute.org/nroc/nrocdemos.html)
should give you most of what you need to self study.
If you have any more questions or need help, feel free to PM me.

Thank you very much, the website looks helpful, and I probably won’t be able to pay for online courses until I get a job started.

So far I’ve been going to the Library and learning via KhanAcademy, but I would definitely like to do more.
