<p>Make sure you do well at scsu. The rep is not great, look into Trinity, Conn College, or even UConn’s rep has improved greatly in recent yrs.</p>

<p>Transferring is mostly about the grades. Get really high grades and you can get in a lot of places. Trinity included. It’s also important to have a good reason for transferring–like you want more of a chllenge. Make sure you convince them you’re not just a perpetually unhappy whiner who doesn’t fit in anywhere.</p>
<p>you wouldnt need to ridiculous of a GPA to get into UConn, and thats a pretty big step up from SCSU…Trinity or Connecticut College will be hard, I would assume that it depends on your SAT score also, and you would need at least a 3.8 GPA, a 4.0 if possible. I dont know the transfer stats for either of those schools however.</p>
