I paid off my Federal Direct Subsidized Stafford Loans. The transaction went through on Mint, my bank account, my ACS account, my Great Lakes Account, my Federal Loans account, etc., but the change is not reflected on here:

I emailed them and got no response.

What should I do?

Congratulations! You should give them time (4-6 weeks) to update the database. Just keep a copy of your accounts balances for future refenence, as they don’t return MPN(s) back to you.

Congratulations! You should receive a copy of your promissory note in the next few weeks. That’s what you’ll burn when you have your student loan burning party. :slight_smile:
